Player Registration

Season Start Date: September 27, 2026

All players are required to submit a registration form each season. Your team captain is responsible for coordinating payment and submitting the full player roster to FTLHoops@gmail.com.

Players may compete on multiple teams, but those teams must be in different divisions. Players participating on multiple teams should coordinate with each team’s captain regarding team fee contributions. (Scheduling conflicts are not guaranteed to be resolved.)

The league reserves the right to suspend or remove any team found in violation of league guidelines; no refunds will be issued in such cases.

Step 2 of 3: Jersey Order

Matching jerseys are required for all players. Order yours below, or coordinate with your captain if your team already has jerseys.

Cost: $40 — Send payment to Brian-Saechao on Venmo or Zelle.
In the memo, include your name and jersey number (e.g. “FTL Jersey – Smith #7”).
Turnaround is 2–3 weeks — order early to ensure delivery before the season.

Step 3 of 3: FTL Participation Waiver and Release of Liability

Please read the waiver below in full before signing.

I hereby acknowledge and agree to release FTL (For The Love) and its organizers, officials, and the gym from any liability for accidental injury, illness, or any other harm that I may incur as a result of participating in any physical activity related to the basketball league. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation and consent to participate in the program. I also agree to disclose any physical limitations, disabilities, ailments, or impairments that may affect my ability to participate in this program. This waiver is binding and applies to all league activities.
